Bill Barton has been named as director of Software Development
and will head up ProNet offices in Durham, North Carolina. The
focus will be custom development of .Net and SQL web-based

Awards in New York City.
Mahler was selected for outstanding achievements related to
his leadership
in Genmar Holdings' successful implementation of Ultimate
Software's hosted
service model, Intersourcing. Since rolling out Intersourcing,
Genmar, the
largest manufacturer of recreational boats in the United States,
has
experienced an annual cost savings in excess of $500,000 through
the

3/10/2005 -Hatteras Yachts Announces Web Based Warranty &
Service Software
Hatteras Yachts announced that it has implemented a new
Internet-based software system for submitting, tracking
and communicating warranty and service data. ProService, a
custom software solution designed specifically for Hatteras and
the marine industry, has been deployed at the manufacturer’s
location in New Bern and across the Hatteras dealer network. “We
are extremely pleased with the results we have seen thus far,”
said Chuck Cameron, assistant director of service and the
company’s primary ProService administrator.
“The new system has resulted in a 95 percent reduction
in claims processing time, thanks to the way it streamlines the
submission and approval process between us and our dealers.
We also expect it to yield much more comprehensive and
accessible data for future warranty analyses.”
System improvements such as ProService help Hatteras and
its dealer network keep customers satisfied.
